EN→PTAfter all is said and done I think this fits nicely into its niche, which is a non portable, non gaming, multimedia laptop. With the addition of a built-in tuner, IR port, and a remote control it would almost be perfect. I say almost because the price tag is a bit high. With a retail price of $1799 it may be a bit out of reach for the target market I mentioned above. In fact you could get a much more powerful nice desktop for that price, in fact I recently built a new desktop computer and it only cost me $1450. However, nobody pays retail and it is fairly easy to find this laptop for quite a bit less. With just a few minutes of searching on Amazon I was able to find this laptop (with smaller hard drives) for $1399, and an upgraded model (faster CPU and hard drives) for $1633. If you are in the market for a really large multimedia laptop, and you have $1399 or more to burn, you might want to check out the ASUS N90Sv.

EN→PTIf you're easily impressed by size, you'll love the Asus N90Sv A2. Its 18.4-inch display is big and beautiful. Its dual hard drive setup gives 1TB of storage, and its 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 130M graphics card has no trouble delivering HD content to larger screens. It's a good-looking laptop, too. We just wish the N90Sv A2's overall performance were more on par with its large price tag. It's not an ideal multimedia laptop, but the Asus N90Sv A2 is a good-looking, well-appointed desktop replacement.

EN→PTThe ASUS N90Sv-X1 is certainly a desktop replacement laptop because of its large 18.4-inch display and 9.3 pound weight but it also offers solid performance for its $1400 price tag. The display is one of the best features of the laptop with its very bright and colorful output. For those looking for a laptop to be taken around periodically but a bit more performance, the N90Sv-X1 offers a good balance but you do have to live with fewer ports and a case that will frequently need cleaning.

If pure performance is paramount, the MSI GT725 packs a 2.0-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Quad 9000 processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 graphics, Blu-ray, and a full HD display for $100 less—if you’re willing to downgrade to a speedy, yet much smaller 320GB, 7,200-rpm hard drive.

It has great design with very good build quality, something that is becoming a common trend with ASUS notebooks these days. Feature selection is good, with the onboard Blu-ray player with this model, but the missing eSATA is a downside. While the price is high compared to similarly configured 17" notebooks, most online retailers are selling the lower model for $1,399, which drops the second hard drive and Blu-ray reader. With the 18.4" display this notebook could easily take the place of a small TV in a dorm room, playing HD movies and games in full 1080P resolution.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M: A GeForce GT 130M é uma GeForce 9650M GT com maior freqüência com TDP um pouco mais baixo (no nível da 9600M GT). O desempenho difere de acordo com tipo de memória usada (DDR3 até 1066 MHz e DDR até 600 MHz). PhysX só é suportado na configuração SLI.
Estas placas de vídeo de classe média podem mostrar todos os jogos atuais fluentemente. Jogos exigentes somente podem ser jogados com configurações de detalhes médios.
