At this price you can easily buy a much better laptop from pretty much every manufacturer out there, including HP itself! You should look for at least a 14- or 15-inch screen and an Intel Core i3 processor, though the RAM, hard drive and screen resolution would likely be the same.

It has ample power to drive all your entertainment requirements and has good enough battery life. We would have loved to see a backlit keyboard and better performance from the machine but maybe at this sub-30k price, it is too much to ask for. Still, if you want the functionality of a tablet and the productivity of a laptop, and can do with just the essential apps, the HP Pavilion x2 is worth a shot.

HP: Fundada em 1939, a empresa norte-americana é uma importante fabricante de servidores e impressoras e uma das principais empresas de TI do mundo. Até 2015, a empresa se chamava Hewlett-Packard Company. Após uma divisão, a divisão de computadores foi renomeada para HP Inc.
Em 2023, a HP tinha uma participação de mercado aproximada de 22% das vendas globais de PCs, o que a colocava em segundo lugar, depois da Lenovo.
Estes processadores gráficos podem mostrar fluidamente só jogos antigos. Jogos atuais só podem ser apresentados com detalhes substancialmente reduzidos.
AMD Radeon HD 8180:
Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail): GPU integrada para SoCs Bay Trail de tablet e portáteis. Baseada na GPU Ivy Bridge com quatro Unidades de Execução e suporte para DirectX 11.
Intel HD Graphics (Cherry Trail):
Alguns jogos atuais não tão exigentes podem ser jogados fluentemente com poucos detalhes.
Intel HD Graphics 400 (Braswell):
Placa de vídeo integrada nos processadores da série Intel Braswell (Celeron 2016). Baseada na arquitetura Broadwell (Intel Gen8) que suporta DirectX 11.2. Dependendo do processador oferece 12 núcleos shader (EU) e diferentes velocidades.

AMD A-Series:
A4-1200: APU dual-core para ultra-portáteis e tablets, codinome Temash. Baseada na arquitetura Jaguar. Integra uma placa de vídeo Radeon HD 8180.
Intel Atom: A série Atom da Intel é um microprocessador de 64 Bits para portáteis pequenos e baratos, MIDs, ou UMPCs. A especialidade de sua nova arquitetura é a execução “in order” (ao inves de a usual mais rápida execução “out of order”). Assim, o trabalho do transistor é bem mais baixo na série Atom, e é mais barato para produzir.

Z8350:
Soc com um processador quad core Atom integrado, com frequência de 1,44 - 1,92 GHz, uma GPU Intel HD Graphics e um controlador de memória dual channel LPDDR3-1600.
