Intel Pentium 2117U

O Intel Pentium 2117U é um processador de dois núcleos de Ultra Baixa Voltagem (ULV) para portáteis de gama básica. Se baseia na arquitetura Ivy Bridge, mas muitas das características como o Turbo Boost, Virtualização VT-d, HyperThreading, AES ou Trusted Execution estão desativadas. O Pentium 2117U integra uma placa de vídeo chamada Intel HD Graphics que se baseia na HD Graphics 2500.

O desempenho do Pentium 2117U deve ser ligeiramente mais rápido do que um CPU Pentium Sandy Bridge de freqüência similar. Por conseguinte, o desempenho deve ser similar (ligeiramente inferior) ao Pentium B940 de 2,0 GHz.

A classificação TDP de 17W inclui o GPU integrado e controlador de memória e, portanto, o 2117U é adequado para sub-portáteis pequenos.
