Em comparação com o Helio G96 anterior, o G99 é fabricado utilizando o mais recente processo de 6 nm e tem frequências mais altas.
Helio G100: SoC octa-core baseado em ARM (2x Cortex-A76, 6x Cortex-A55) com suporte a 64 bits e taxa de clock de até 2,2 GHz para smartphones e tablets. Integra um modem Cat-13 4G LTE. Em contraste com o MediaTek Helio G96, o G99 é fabricado usando o processo mais moderno de 6 nm e tem uma taxa de clock mais alta.

T7280 (T620): SoC octa core de nível básico com dois núcleos rápidos ARM Cortex A75 a até 2,2 GHz e seis núcleos ARM Cortex A55 de baixo consumo de energia a até 1,8 GHz.
