The IdeaPad Slim 3x 15 is a little tricky to rate. On the one hand, it’s reasonably affordable at $749.99 and provides class-leading battery life. It's also much faster than some laptops in the same price range. On the other hand, you can't get around the subpar display and cramped keyboard. So, buyer beware: This is not a premium laptop by any definition. But if you find it on sale—for nearly $200 off—it suddenly becomes a super-compelling deal if you're on a tight budget. The 3x would be ideal for, say, a student who doesn't care about gaming or content creation. All in all, if you can find it for less than $600—which isn't difficult—the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x 15 is an easy budget laptop to recommend. However, the ultimate budget laptop is still Acer's Aspire 3 (A315-24P).

This laptop would be an especially good pick for students and casual users, but probably isn't the right choice for power users and gamers. If you're looking for a sub-$1,000 laptop that will easily last all day on a single charge, the IdeaPad Slim 3x could be perfect for you. Its battery life is impressive enough that it outweighs less significant drawbacks like a lackluster display and quiet speakers. It's hard to find battery life this long at such a low price, so that alone makes the IdeaPad Slim 3x stand out.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x is a tough laptop to pass judgement on. If this was one of the $600 Snapdragon laptops we were promised by Qualcomm’s marketing push, I think it would be compelling. At $749, the compromises — the display, speakers, webcam, and GPU in particular — feel like they add up fast. On the other hand, this machine is worlds better than the Intel variant I just reviewed. You’re getting a faster CPU, faster GPU, much longer battery life, Wi-Fi 7 support, and an NPU for Copilot+ PC AI features. The laptop runs cooler and quieter. I’d much rather have the Snapdragon hardware in this chassis than that particular Intel chip. While I haven’t seen another Snapdragon laptop or Copilot+ PC with a starting retail price this low, you can often find laptops with more impressive hardware on sale around the $749 price point.

At the start of this review, I posed the question: Is the IdeaPad Slim 3x a half-price MacBook Air? Of course, such a thing is impossible, so it’s unfair to expect the answer to be yes; but the new Lenovo comes a darned sight closer than you’d expect. Across the board, the Lenovo delivers higher levels of performance, usability and desirability than you’ve any right to expect of a budget laptop, which at the entry level is exactly what the IdeaPad Slim 3x is. But it’s when almost fully loaded that the IdeaPad Slim 3x is at its giant-killer best: a 2.5K OLED screen, Wi-Fi 7, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD for £670 is spectacular value.

Qualcomm Adreno X1-45 1.7 TFLOPS: Um adaptador gráfico integrado que o SoC Snapdragon X Plus X1P-42-100 de 8 núcleos apresenta. Em comparação com as iGPUs X1-85 de 3,8 TFLOPS e 4,6 TFLOPS mais rápidas, essa não só funciona com velocidades de clock mais baixas, mas também tem menos shaders unificados à sua disposição, sendo 768 o número mais provável. A arquitetura subjacente não é muito diferente da que foi usada na Adreno 730. Quanto ao desempenho em jogos, ele é suficiente apenas para jogos anteriores a 2020 em resoluções como HD 720p em configurações gráficas baixas.

Estas placas também devem ser capazes de agüentar todos os jogos atuais, mas a maioria deles em configurações de detalhes médios e baixos e com baixas resoluções. Jogos mais antigos, ou menos exigentes ainda podem ser jogados com boa qualidade de gráficos.
