This media-friendly tablet tries to take the TouchSmart desktop experience on the road, but at this point the size of the device and the software's limitations mean its touch capabilities are more a gimmick than a useful addition.

After everything is said and done it's tough to be overwhelmingly positive or negative about the HP TouchSmart tx2. On one hand, HP succeeded in bringing us an affordable multi-touch notebook loaded with cool entertainment features and a slick interface to keep consumers happy. On the other hand, the new multi-touch interface doesn't always respond exactly as it should and you may end up touching the screen multiple times before the screen finally does what it should have done the first time you touched it.

ATI Radeon HD 3200: Chip de gráficos (no chipset RS780M) integrado (Memória compartilhada) baseado no núcleo de gráficos HD 2400. Também apresenta o motor de vídeo UVD para decodificar vídeos HD. Além disso, suporta Hybrid CrossfireX (para aceleração) e PowerXpress(para economizar energia) com um adaptador de vídeo dedicado (da linha HD 3000).

Estes processadores gráficos podem mostrar fluidamente só jogos antigos. Jogos atuais só podem ser apresentados com detalhes substancialmente reduzidos.

ZM-86: Mistura de dois núcleos que se baseiam em K8 e K10 uncores (como controlador de memória).
