O Galaxy A15 5G é mais um modelo intermediário da Samsung que se mostra como uma opção bem legal para quem não quer gastar tanto, mas ainda assim ter ótimos recursos. O modelo que recebi infelizmente conta com uma decisão bem ruim de memória RAM, mas mesmo com esse atraso consegue desempenhar bem. Mesmo assim, recomendo você fugir o máximo possível dessa versão “mais simples” desse modelo. Foque 100% na versão com 256GB e 8GB de RAM. Com ela, você terá um alívio muito maior para a multitarefa e também para um desempenho geral do aparelho. As câmeras são uma mistura maluca de coisas boas e ruins, mas tanto a principal quanto a de selfie conseguem entregar um resultado bem legal para o dia a dia e se você souber brincar com elas, dá para fazer fotos realmente boas. A Ultrawide e a Macro infelizmente não performam tão bem.

No momento, não vale a pena comprar o Galaxy A15 5G. Não que ele seja ruim, mas a sua faixa de preço atual não o ajuda muito, ficando um pouco acima do ideal considerando suas configurações, que seria cerca de R$ 1.000 na versão com 4 GB de RAM. O celular é um bom modelo de entrada, com um “pé” bem perto do segmento intermediário graças à versão com 8 GB de RAM, que oferece um bom desempenho para multitarefas, mas também está um pouco caro. Seu conjunto de câmeras e o desempenho da bateria também agradam bastante, mas o Realme 11x consegue oferecer configurações similares por um preço mais “justo”, na faixa dos R$ 1.100. No entanto, é compreensível que o preço do A15 esteja mais alto, afinal, ele foi lançado recentemente. Sendo assim, considero que o aparelho possa se tornar uma opção muito interessante caso os preços das versões de 4 GB e 8 GB de RAM caiam pelo menos R$ 300.

Simply put, Samsung has delivered a good phone at a good price that might appeal to a lot of people. It doesn’t make compromises like shipping with an LCD display, or a dumbed-down OS like its predecessor did and offers a complete package for Rs. 28,000. The main camera is reliable, and the software and battery experience are also great for the price. The only downsides being a somewhat older-looking front, the exclusion of stereo speakers, and the lack of official IP and Glass protection ratings but none of those have been a dealbreaker for me. Processor and everyday performance is also what you’d expect of a sub 30,000 rupee phone so no complaints there either. And although 5G is not a thing in Nepal today, it’s comforting for many to have that option in the future.

Sure, it's not quite the best looking phone around with those chunky bezels, but it has enough at this price to be among your best sub-$200 phone options in 2024.

Still, on the positive side, the Samsung A15 5G offers some features you won't find on the Galaxy S24. Memory card support and a headphone jack are two examples. Plus you've got excellent battery life and a proper decent AMOLED screen. Oh, but only a mono speaker. And none of that AI shenanigans.
