The tradeoff here is that the TUF FX505DU is significantly more expensive, coming in at Php 71,995 for the configuration that we reviewed.

It’s no secret that getting a high-end laptop can cost you a lot of money. By this, we mean upwards of £1800. What the ASUS TUF Gaming Alliance FX505DV tries to do instead is to offer a solid gaming experience while at a price that will not be beyond the reach of the average consumer. This would’ve been a prime contender for our ‘Bang for Buck’ award, but we feel that this offers just enough in terms of performance and presentation to tip the scales into something a little more impressive! This laptop has style, performance, and certainly a brand name you can trust. Added together with the excellent CPU and GPU pairing, while this might be the first laptop I’ve encountered with a Ryzen processor, it’s a great product to kick things off and I’m certain it won’t be the last we see of them from ASUS.

Asus: A ASUSTeK Computer Inc. é uma importante fabricante taiwanesa de hardware de computador com sede em Taipei, fundada em 1989. Sob a marca Asus, a empresa fabrica uma ampla gama de produtos, incluindo laptops, desktops, placas-mãe, placas gráficas, monitores, smartphones e equipamentos de rede, sistemas completos e componentes de PC para usuários finais.
Sob a marca ROG (Republic of Gamers), a ASUS fabrica laptops para jogos conhecidos pelos gamers por suas especificações poderosas, placas de vídeo dedicadas, telas de alta taxa de atualização e sistemas de resfriamento avançados.
Além dos jogos, uma ampla gama de notebooks é oferecida para diferentes necessidades e orçamentos, desde ultrabooks finos e leves até conversíveis 2 em 1 versáteis e opções econômicas. Em 2023, a Asus tinha uma participação de 7% no mercado global de PCs.
A satisfação dos clientes com os notebooks da ASUS diz respeito ao desempenho, aos recursos e à boa relação preço-desempenho dos notebooks da ASUS. Placa de vídeo comum baseada na arquitetura Pascal da Nvidia e sucessora da GeForce GTX 960M. É fabricada em um processo de 14nm na Samsung e as especificações técnicas são muito semelhantes à versão de desktop.
Estas placas de vídeo de classe média podem mostrar todos os jogos atuais fluentemente. Jogos exigentes somente podem ser jogados com configurações de detalhes médios.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Mobile:
Placa gráfica de gama média dedicada, para portáteis baseados na GTX 1660 Ti de desktop e, portanto a arquitetura Turing sem raytracing e núcleos Tensor. O desempenho da variante Max-P deve ser semelhante ao de uma GTX 1070 mais antiga.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile:
Placa gráfica de gama média dedicada, para portáteis baseados na GTX 1650 de desktop e, portanto, na arquitetura Turing (chip TU117 em 12nm FFN) sem raytracing e núcleos Tensor.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Mobile:
Placa gráfica de portátil de gama média a alta, baseada na arquitetura Turing com recursos de raytracing e 1.920 shaders. Comparada com a placa de desktop com nome semelhante, ela oferece velocidades reduzidas.

R5 3550H:
A APU de Quad-Core móvel com núcleos Zen com velocidades de 2,2 a 3,8 GHz e uma placa gráfica Vega com 10 CPUs, com até 1300 MHz.
R7 3750H:
A APU de Quad-Core móvel com núcleos Zen+ com velocidades de 2,3 a 4 GHz e uma placa gráfica Vega com 10 CPUs, com até 1400 MHz. O 3750H é a versão de 35 Watts do 3700U com as mesmas especificações, mas um TDP mais alto para melhor desempenho sob longos períodos de carga.
