Kirin 990 5G: ARM baseado em SoC octa-core com 2x Cortex-A76 até 2,86 GHz (desempenho), 2x A76 com até 2,36 (balanço) e 4x Cortex-A53 com até 1,95 GHz (poupança de energia). Integra um processador neural (2+1 núcleos), uma GPU ARM Mali-G76 MP16 a até 700 MHz e um modem Balong 5G.
