Estojo e Conectividade

O case é feito de alumínio. Entretanto, a parte superior e a inferior são feitas de plástico. A Minisforum EliteMini HM90 não tem nenhum problema de rigidez. Para uma melhor sensação, porém, teria sido melhor se a parte superior também fosse feita de alumínio. Isto é apenas uma pequena picada, no entanto, porque não há falhas visíveis. A tampa superior de plástico combina com o corpo de alumínio em termos de cor. As cores branca e prateada dominam, o que é uma coisa boa, porque o pó não aparece imediatamente nas cores claras. O dispositivo pode ser aberto removendo a placa inferior. Quatro pequenos parafusos unem a placa de fundo à caixa. O módulo RAM, SSD e Wi-Fi pode ser facilmente acessado uma vez que a placa inferior é removida. É possível uma desmontagem posterior, embora o fabricante tenha coberto os cabos da antena no módulo Wi-Fi com uma espécie de cola que tem que ser removida primeiro. Desempenho - Muitas reservas

Como já foi mencionado, o mini fórum EliteMini HM90 vem com um AMD Ryzen 9 4900Hque é um APU para notebook energeticamente eficiente que pode ser resfriado sem nenhum problema. O desempenho do 8-core é completamente suficiente em todos os aspectos para o uso diário no escritório ou em multimídia. Na verdade, o APU pode lidar com tarefas simples com grande facilidade. Como diz o ditado, porém, ter é melhor do que precisar, como todos nós sabemos. Os 16 GB de RAM DDR4 de canal duplo se adaptam bem ao sistema e proporcionam o melhor nível de desempenho. Processador

O AMD Ryzen 9 4900H pertence à série Renoir e se baseia no Zen2. O SoC oferece um total de 8 núcleos com 16 roscas, o que é especialmente útil para aplicações multi-tarefas. Nos benchmarks de CPU, o Ryzen 9 4900H é capaz de superar a maior parte da concorrência. O desempenho do núcleo único está aproximadamente no mesmo nível que o do Intel Core i7-10710U que se encontra na Intel NUC 10. Armazenamento em massa

Nosso sistema de teste se desvia um pouco dos sistemas pré-configurados na página da loja do fabricante ao ter um SSD NVMe de 256 GB. Se você não encomendar um sistema de barebones, você sempre receberá um SSD de 512 GB, que deve ser suficiente para a maioria dos usuários neste momento. Nosso modelo de 256 GB é ótimo para a maioria dos cenários de uso. Na revisão, nosso modelo com o SSD da Kingston apresentou resultados decentes. Um total de até três SSDs pode ser instalado no Mini Forum EliteMini HM90. Você pode usar um drive M.2 2280, que já está instalado em nosso sistema. Alternativamente, você pode instalar dois SSDs de 2,5 polegadas, que são parafusados na placa inferior e conectados diretamente à placa-mãe com cabos. Placa gráfica

A unidade gráfica integrada da AMD Ryzen 9 4900H é conhecida como AMD Radeon RX Vega 8. As APUs iGPUs das APUs Ryzen móveis já existem há alguns anos, o que também se reflete no desempenho. Enquanto as iGPUs da AMD eram inicialmente muito competitivas com as iGPUs da Intel, as GPUs integradas da AMD são superadas pelas atuais iGPUs da Intel Iris Xe que são encontradas no mais recente Tiger Lake SoCs. Infelizmente, a Minisforum só pode utilizar o hardware que está amplamente disponível no mercado. Quando se trata de desempenho da GPU, a AMD Ryzen 9 4900H é o melhor que se pode fazer.

Minisforum utiliza um ventilador axial para o EliteMini HM90, que aspira o ar frio de cima e o direciona para baixo no dissipador de calor, para que o ar quente possa escapar dos lados da caixa. O sistema funciona bem e não houve quedas de desempenho devido a limitações térmicas em nossa revisão. Ao operar sobre uma mesa, os usuários devem tomar cuidado para não colocar nada em cima do dispositivo para que o ar fresco suficiente possa ser sugado para dentro. O fabricante afirma usar metal líquido para resfriar a CPU. Entretanto, não pudemos verificar isto porque a desmontagem do sistema pode resultar em danos ao SoC. Sob carga total, a temperatura da CPU atingiu 86,3 °C (187,34 °F), embora o iGPU estivesse ligeiramente mais frio a 74 °C (165,2 °F). Isto significa que o SoC nunca fica muito quente. Se o SoC estiver sob carga média, as temperaturas são ainda mais baixas. Sob carga sustentada, o desempenho permaneceu estável. Consumo de energia

Em termos de consumo de energia, o Minisforum EliteMini HM90 é bastante frugal, embora a Intel pudesse fazer um pouco melhor com seus NUCs. O resultado final é que a EliteMini HM90, com seus 8 núcleos, oferece significativamente mais desempenho. No teste de estresse da GPU, o Zotac Magus One e também o Intel Ghost Canyon NUC lutar com condições desiguais devido à placa gráfica dedicada, portanto, não devemos ler muito sobre isso. O Minisforum EliteMini HM90 é um mini PC muito compacto que é mais versátil do que um PC de escritório clássico devido a suas características. Com o AMD Ryzen 9 4900H, o pequeno PC oferece um nível de desempenho muito bom em aplicações multi-tarefas. Graças às vantagens do Zen2, o desempenho de um único núcleo também está em um bom nível e pode competir com o SoCs da Intel Comet Lake-U. Nosso dispositivo de análise tem 16 GB de RAM e um SSD de 256 GB, e oferece desempenho mais do que suficiente para o uso diário no escritório. De fato, o SoC é pouco utilizado na maioria dos casos.
