EN→PTA good chunk of iPhone 17 Pro owners won't necessarily stretch the limits of its processing power, or its video capture tech. I suspect the same could be said for last year's phone, and Apple's flagship from the year before that. Nonetheless, improvements in the iPhone 17, along with the arrival of the iPhone Air, make it easier to list the reasons you might want to go Pro this time. It has the best battery life, the most powerful chipset, and, in the iPhone 17 Pro Max, the biggest screen. It has more cameras and an ever-useful longer telephoto lens; LIDAR where the others go without; and a much faster USB-C port (USB 3 for up to 10 Gb/s, versus the others' 480 MB/s USB 2) with support for video capture to an external SSD. I'd say the iPhone 17 Pro Max gets the biggest bang for your buck on display and battery life.

Apple A19 Pro 6-Core GPU: Um adaptador gráfico relativamente rápido que o SoC Apple A18 Pro vem equipado. Essa iGPU tem 6 núcleos e é habilitada para RT; parece que é baseada na mesma arquitetura das GPUs da série M4. Ela conseguiu superar a GPU Apple M1 de 7 núcleos em muitos testes em nosso teste de outubro de 2024.
Estas placas também devem ser capazes de agüentar todos os jogos atuais, mas a maioria deles em configurações de detalhes médios e baixos e com baixas resoluções. Jogos mais antigos, ou menos exigentes ainda podem ser jogados com boa qualidade de gráficos.
