O HP Pavilion x360 15t atualizado é um pacote misturado; embora haja melhorias no teclado e processador, existem compromissos na tela e duração da bateria. O Pavilion é um bom portátil de escritório, dado que o Core i5 Kaby Lake é mais do que suficientemente poderoso para lidar com trabalhos rudimentares multitarefas. Para o consumo de mídia, no entanto, tela sem brilho é apenas passável e não é agradável para longas sessões de vídeo. Embora as capacidades 2-em-1 do aparelho sejam boas, o portátil, como um todo, é simplesmente muito grande para utilizá-lo como tablet durante longos períodos de tempo. A convertibilidade parece tachada e não é muito útil.

O maior compromisso é o lento armazenamento. O HD de 5400 RPM está horrivelmente desatualizado pelos padrões da atualidade e relega o portátil à mediocridade. Junto com um trackpad de má qualidade, uma tela escura e plana, e manutenção difícil, fica difícil de recomendar o Pavilion.
