O Unisoc SC9863A (anteriormente Spreadtrum) é um SoC octa core básico, com 8 núcleos ARM Cortex-A55 em dois clusters. Um cluster de desempenho com até 1,6 GHz e um cluster de eficiência com até 1,2 GHz. O SoC também integra um modem LTE (TDD-LTE / FDD-LTE / TD-SCDMA / WCDMA / GGE), uma placa gráfica PowerVR IMG8322 / GE8322 e suporte para vídeos em 1080p.
