Mediatek Dimensity 8200-Ultra

O MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra é um SoC (system-on-a-chip) de médio porte baseado em ARM, fabricado com o moderno processo de 4 nm. Ele foi especialmente projetado para uso em smartphones Android e está na classe superior em termos de desempenho. Ele é compatível com todos os padrões atuais de comunicação móvel, incluindo o 5G SA.

A CPU funciona com um total de oito núcleos, que são divididos em dois clusters. No primeiro cluster, um núcleo de potência ARM Cortex-A78 com clock de 3,1 GHz é acompanhado por três outros núcleos de potência ARM Cortex-A78 com clock de 3 GHz. No segundo cluster, quatro núcleos de potência ARM Cortex-A55 operam a 2,0 GHz. A RAM LPDDR5 pode ser usada como RAM e o UFS 3.1 é suportado como memória interna.

Em termos de conectividade, o dual 5G com um pico teórico de velocidade de download de até 4,7 GBit/s está disponível, assim como o WiFi 6E e o Bluetooth 5.3.

O Mediatek Dimensity 8200-Ultra é uma variante do Mediatek Dimensity 8200 idêntico que foi especialmente personalizado para a Xiaomi e apresenta melhorias no ISP da câmera. Um processador de imagem Imagiq 785 é responsável pelo processamento dos dados da câmera. As gravações de vídeo são compatíveis com até 4K a 60 fps. A parte da CPU do antigo Dimensity 8100 é muito semelhante e oferece os mesmos núcleos de CPU e GPU.

O processador integrado Unidade gráfica ARM Mali-G610 MC6 integrada pode alimentar monitores com resolução de até 2.960 x 1.440 pixels (WQHD+) e uma taxa de atualização de até 120 Hz. Com Full HD+, até 180 Hz é possível.
