 T618

O Unisoc Tiger T618 (antigo Spreadtrum) é um SoC com dois núcleos ARM Cortex A75 rápidos em até 2 GHz e seis núcleos ARM Cortex A55 eficientes em termos de potência em até 1,8 GHz. O SoC inclui ainda um modem LTE (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), uma GPU ARM Mali G52MP2 e um ISP tri core. O chip é fabricado na TSMC em FinFET de 12 nm.
