Caso e especificações - Clevo barebone com Thunderbolt 4
O chassi sutil de metal preto fosco da nossa unidade de análise não apresenta nenhum problema de acabamento. A base quase não se flexiona e a tampa tem uma pequena, mas muito aceitável, folga. A bateria do laptop (parafusada, não colada) e outros componentes internos são acessíveis quando você remove a tampa inferior de duas peças.
O Key tem duas portas USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2) e duas portas USB-C (Thunderbolt 4). Apenas uma das portas Thunderbolt 4 suporta Power Delivery, mas ambas são capazes de emitir um sinal DisplayPort. O laptop oferece um total de quatro saídas de vídeo (1x HDMI, 3x DP). Infelizmente, o dispositivo não vem com um leitor de cartão e a webcam (2,1 MP, resolução máxima de 1.920 x 1.080, sem obturador de privacidade) não é nada de especial.
Graças à placa Wi-Fi 6E (Intel AX211), o Key 17 Pro é capaz de atingir excelentes taxas de dados Wi-Fi em condições ideais (ou seja, nenhum outro dispositivo Wi-Fi nas proximidades, curta distância entre o laptop e o PC servidor). As conexões com fio são gerenciadas por um controlador Killer E3100X (2,5 Gbit/s).
Dispositivos de entrada - laptop Schenker com RGB por tecla
As teclas planas e suaves do teclado chiclet (com iluminação RGB por tecla) têm um curso moderado e um ponto de atuação distinto. No entanto, em nossa opinião, a resistência das teclas poderia ser mais nítida. A plataforma do teclado se flexiona um pouco durante a digitação, mas, no geral, a Schenker forneceu um teclado adequado para o uso diário. O Key 17 Pro também apresenta um touchpad (medindo aprox. 15 x 9,1 cm, ou 5,9 x 3,6") com uma distância de deslocamento curta e um ponto de clique claro.

Além da tela IPS 4K (3.840 x 2.150 pixels, 144Hz) na unidade de análise, a Schenker também oferece o Key 17 Pro com um painel IPS QHD (2.560 x 1.440 pixels, 240Hz) - ambas as telas de 17,3 polegadas suportam G-Sync.
O painel 4K é caracterizado por seu alto brilho e pela ausência de cintilação PWM, além de oferecer uma alta taxa de atualização (144 Hz) e tempos de resposta rápidos. Dito isso, ele não atinge a marca (> 1.000:1) quando se trata da taxa de contraste.

Condições de teste
O Key 17 Pro oferece quatro modos de energia especificados pelo fabricante (consulte a tabela). É possível alternar entre eles usando o software Control Center instalado no laptop. Processador
O processador Core i9-13900HX Raptor Lake é composto por oito núcleos de desempenho (Hyperthreading, 2,2 a 5,4 GHz) e dezesseis núcleos de eficiência (sem Hyperthreading, 1,6 a 3,9 GHz), o que dá um total de 32 núcleos lógicos de CPU.
Os resultados de benchmark obtidos com o Key 17 Pro estão mais ou menos na mesma faixa do que vimos com essa CPU em média. Durante nosso teste de loop do Cinebench 15, a carga sustentada de vários threads fez com que a velocidade do turbo clock da CPU caísse ligeiramente nas duas primeiras execuções antes de se estabilizar em um nível constante.

Latência DPC

Armazenamento em massa
O Schenker Key 17 Pro é capaz de acomodar até três SSDs M.2-2280 (2x PCIe 4.0, 1x PCIe 5.0). A unidade Samsung PCIe 4.0 pré-instalada oferece bastante armazenamento (2 TB) e proporciona taxas de transferência fantásticas. Não notamos nenhuma queda de desempenho causada por estrangulamento térmico.

O laptop GeForce RTX 4090 é a atual GPU móvel topo de linha da Nvidia. Ela é equipada com 9.728 unidades de sombreamento, um barramento de memória de 256 bits e 16 GB de RAM GDDR6 de alta velocidade. A placa de vídeo tem um TGP máximo de 175 watts (150 watts + 25 watts de Dynamic Boost), o que é o máximo possível. O TGP não foi totalmente utilizado durante nosso teste em Witcher 3.
Embora a GPU tenha apresentado resultados abaixo da média em benchmarks sintéticos de GPU, seu desempenho em jogos reais ficou acima da média. A mudança para o modo dGPU (via Control Center) também proporcionou um aumento de desempenho. Emissões de ruído
Um notebook potente como o Key 17 Pro pode produzir uma quantidade enorme de ruído sob carga: o nível de ruído atingiu o pico de 62 dB(A) quando o laptop estava executando jogos no "Modo de desempenho". Mesmo no "Modo de entretenimento", o dispositivo ainda conseguiu atingir um nível extremamente alto de 54 dB(A). Os outros dois modos de energia ajudam o Key 17 Pro a funcionar silenciosamente na maior parte do tempo, com desempenho significativamente reduzido.
Em geral, o notebook é silencioso, às vezes até mesmo silencioso, em modo inativo ou no uso diário (por exemplo, software de escritório, navegação na Internet). No entanto, as ventoinhas ocasionalmente giram sem motivo (um fenômeno que normalmente acontece com os barebones da Clevo).

O Key 17 Pro foi criado para cenários de uso que exigem muita potência de computação, como edição de vídeo, jogos e renderização. O laptop GeForce Laptop RTX 4090 e Core i9-13900HX fornecem a força necessária para lidar com essas tarefas - ambos os componentes são capazes de funcionar constantemente em altas velocidades. O laptop gera uma quantidade normal de calor e ruído para essa classe de dispositivo.
A Schenker forneceu um notebook potente de ponta com o Key 17 Pro (Early 23).
O Key 17 Pro possui três slots de SSD (1x PCIe 5.0, 2x PCIe 4.0; M.2-2280), o que significa que você pode adicionar rapidamente mais unidades se ficar com pouco espaço de armazenamento. Os dois slots PCIe 4.0 suportam RAID 0/1. A instalação de SSDs adicionais não é uma tarefa muito complicada.
