Se o S6 Edge+ tivesse sido lançado simultaneamente com o Galaxy S6 Edge, então teria sido mais fácil deixar passar algumas de suas desvantagens. O iPhone 6 e 6 Plus, por exemplo, lançados ao mesmo tempo na maioria das regiões. Em vez disso, a Samsung lançou o S6 Edge+ quase meio ano depois do original e tinha oportunidade de corrigir, ou pelo menos, melhorar alguns reclamos comuns encontrados no S6 Edge. Infelizmente, este parece não ser o caso
O S6 Edge+ oferece o mesmo hardware e recursos que o S6 Edge, ponto. O fabricante não fez esforço algum em adicionar armazenamento expansível, MHL, USB Typo-C, uma retro iluminação mais forte, tela mais precisa, ou aliviar os problemas de afogamento do SoC Exynos 7420. Pelo menos, o S6 Edge+ tem uma bateria interna maior para compensar a tela maior.

Isto não quer dizer que o S6 Edge+ é um aparelho pobre, dado que é um excelente carro chefe que eventualmente será atualizado Lista dos Top 10 Smartphones. Ao mesmo tempo, é seguro dizer que a maioria de nós estava esperando um pouco mais de um smartphone que está, essencialmente, seis meses atrasado para a festa.
