Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Com o Galaxy A71, a Samsung criou um bom smartphone de gama média com todas as virtudes do seu antecessor, mas com alguns extras. O A71 tem uma cobertura LTE mais ampla do que o Galaxy A70, por exemplo, e possui uma câmera traseira adicional. Sua principal câmera traseira também é um sensor de 64 MP, uma atualização em relação ao sensor de 32 MP incluído no Galaxy A70. Como seu antecessor, o A71 somente tira boas fotos em condições com luz do dia.

O destaque claro do Galaxy A71 é sua tela Super AMOLED de 6,7 polegadas, uma área que ele compartilha com o Galaxy A70. O A71 possui um painel mais brilhante que o seu antecessor, mantendo uma precisão decente de cores. Nossa unidade de teste também tem uma duração de bateria igualmente boa.

O Samsung Galaxy A71 faz tudo tão bem quanto seu antecessor, mas dificilmente traz inovações verdadeiras para a mesa.

No geral, o A71 não é uma atualização atraente sobre o Galaxy A70. Enquanto o A71 é um bom polivalente, quase não traz nada novo. O Galaxy A70 também é cerca de 100 Euros (~US$ 108) mais barato que o A71, dando às pessoas praticamente nenhuma razão para mudar para o mais recente smartphone da série Galaxy A da Samsung.
