Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Você pode pensar que, neste momento, outros fabricantes podem saber tão bem quanto a Xiaomi como trazer smartphones acessíveis para o mercado. No entanto, o fabricante chinês pode mostrar uma e outra vez que ainda pode fazer mais: O Redmi 6 oferece mais desempenho pelo mesmo preço de muitos outros concorrentes, e a duração da bateria também está em um bom nível.
