Qualcomm Adreno 540

O Qualcomm Adreno 540 é uma placa gráfica integrada no SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 para smartphones. Foi apresentado no início de 2017 e pode ser encontrado em smartphones Android de gama alta. 

A GPU integrada baseia-se na arquitetura otimizada do Adreno 530, mas possui velocidades claramente melhoradas (710 contra 624 MHz de acordo com a Anandtech) e uma melhor estabilidade térmica. Isso também é graças ao novo processo de 10 nm que o Snapdragon 835 é produzido. No smartphone de referência da Qualcomm, o Adreno 540 é capaz de superar ou se desempenhar a um nível semelhante ao das placas gráficas de smartphone mais rápidas no mercado (por exemplo, a ARM Mali-T880MP12, ARM Mali-G71MP8 ou GPU Apple A10). Portanto, ele deve ser perfeitamente adequado para jogos 3D exigentes e também telas móveis VR e 4K.
