O AMD Custom APU 0405 é um chip de 6 nm no console de jogos Steam Deck OLED. A CPU é chamada de "AMD APU de 6 nm" pela Valve e oferece quatro núcleos Zen 2 com clock de 2,4 a 3,6 GHz.
A GPU integrada usa a moderna arquitetura RDNA 2 com 8 CUs, que fica entre a Radeon 660M e a 680M, por assim dizer.
O chip é fabricado na TSMC no processo N6 (6nm) e é especificado com um TDP de 15 watts. No software, a APU também pode ser reduzida para até 4 watts para aumentar significativamente a duração da bateria.
