AMD R3 7320U

O AMD Ryzen 3 7320U é um processador móvel para computadores portáteis de baixo custo da série Mendocino. Incorpora quatro núcleos Zen 2 mais antigos (semelhante à série Ryzen 4000 como o Ryzen 3 4300U). Os núcleos do CPU funcionam a frequências que vão de 2,4 GHz (base) a 4,1 GHz (núcleo único Turbo) e podem utilizar 4 MB de cache L3. Graças ao SMT/Hyperthreading, o CPU pode trabalhar em 8 fios em simultâneo. O controlador de memória integrado suporta apenas memória LPDDR5 rápida (máx. 5500 MHz). Em comparação com o modelo Mendocino mais rápido, o Ryzen 5 7520U, o 7320U oferece núcleos de CPU com relógio mais baixo (400 MHz base e 200 MHz Turbo).

A placa gráfica integrada (Radeon 610M iGPU) utiliza a moderna arquitectura RDNA 2, mas apenas 2 CU (128 shaders) e funciona a 1,9 GHz.

O desempenho da CPU deve ser ligeiramente melhor do que um Ryzen 4000U quad-core devido a uma memória mais rápida e a taxas de relógio mais elevadas. Como resultado, o CPU deve ser mais rápido do que o anterior Ryzen 3 4300U (4x 2,7 - 3,7 GHz, Zen 2, 7nm).

A série Mendocino é produzida num processo FinFET relativamente moderno de 6nm na TSMC e deve oferecer uma boa eficiência energética. O R3 7320U é classificado em 8-15 W TDP e é, portanto, bem adequado para computadores portáteis finos e leves.
