A GPU AMD Radeon Steam Deck APU é uma placa de vídeo integrada (iGPU) na CPU personalizada do Steam Deck OLED com 8 CUs. Os núcleos gráficos usam a arquitetura RDNA 2 e têm clock de 1.000 (mínimo) a 1.600 MHz (máximo).
O SoC é fabricado na TSMC no processo N6 (6nm).
