Intel Core i5-11320H
O Intel Core i5-11320H é um SoC de gama média para portáteis de jogos finos e leves e estações de trabalho móveis. Baseia-se na geração de refrescamento Tiger Lake H35 e será anunciado no 3º trimestre de 2021. Integra quatro núcleos de processador Willow Cove (8 threads graças ao HyperThreading). A velocidade do relógio de base depende da configuração do TDP e pode variar de 2,5 (28 W TDP) a 3,2 GHz (35 W). O impulso de um único e dois núcleos sob carga pode atingir até 4,5 GHz. Todos os quatro núcleos podem atingir até 4,3 GHz. A cache L3 é reduzida para 8 MB em comparação com os 12 MB dos modelos i7 de topo de gama.
Graças à melhoria da velocidade do relógio, a diferença de desempenho para a i7-11370H mais rápida deverá ser bastante pequena. A i7 ainda oferece maiores velocidades Turbo de núcleo simples e duplo e mais cache L3.
O SoC também incluiu a placa gráfica Xe melhorada com 96 CUs cronometradas a até 1350 MHz.
Além disso, os SoCs Tiger Lake adicionam suporte PCIe 4 (quatro pistas), aceleração de hardware AI, e a integração parcial de Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 e Wi-Fi 6 no chip.
O chip é produzido no processo melhorado de 10nm (chamado 10nm SuperFin) na Intel, que deve ser comparável ao processo de 7nm na TSMC (por exemplo, a série Ryzen 4000).
