Intel Core i5-1135G7
O Intel Core i5-1135G7 é um SoC quad-core eficiente para computadores portáteis e Ultrabooks baseado na geração Tiger Lake-U (UP4) que foi introduzida em setembro de 2020. Ele integra quatro núcleos de processador Willow Cove (8 threads graças ao HyperThreading). Cada núcleo pode relógio de 2,4 GHz (velocidade de base garantida) a 4,2 GHz (1 impulso do núcleo). Todos os núcleos de uma só vez podem clockar a até 3,8 GHz. Os modelos mais rápidos Core i7 oferecem mais cache de nível 3 (12 contra 8 MB no i5) e núcleos com relógio mais alto.
Outra novidade é a placa gráfica Xe integrada, baseada na arquitetura completamente nova da Gen 12. Ela deve oferecer um desempenho significativamente maior em comparação com a antiga Iris Plus G7 (Ice Lake). Na i5-1135G7 ela usa 80 dos 96 EUs e relógios entre 400 - 1300 MHz. A GPU e a CPU podem usar juntos os 8 MB de cache L3.
Além disso, os SoCs Tiger Lake adicionam suporte PCIe 4 (4 pistas), aceleração de hardware AI, e a integração parcial do Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 e Wi-Fi 6 no chip.
O chip é produzido no processo melhorado de 10nm+ (chamado SuperFin) na Intel que deve ser comparável ao processo de 7nm na TSMC (por exemplo, a série Ryzen 4000).
A faixa operacional da série UP3 é especificada de 12 a 28 Watt. Portanto, o processador também é adequado para laptops finos e leves.
