AMD R5 7430U

O AMD Ryzen 5 7430U é um processador para laptops finos e leves baseado na geração Cezanne. Ele faz parte da segunda atualização "Barcelo" e foi anunciado no quarto trimestre de 2023. O processador é idêntico ao antigo AMD Ryzen 5 5625U.

O SoC integra seis dos oito núcleos baseados na microarquitetura Zen 3 com clock de 2,3 (clock base garantido) a 4,3 GHz (Turbo) e suporta SMT para um total de 12 threads. O chip é fabricado no antigo processo TSMC de 7 nm.

Além dos seis núcleos de CPU, a APU também integra uma placa de vídeo integrada Radeon RX Vega 7 (agora chamada apenas de Radeon Graphics) com 7 CUs a até 1800 MHz. O controlador de memória de canal duplo suporta DDR4-3200 e RAM LPDDR4-4266 com eficiência energética. Além disso, o chip conta com 16 MB de cache de nível 3 (acima dos 8 MB do 4800U).

Desempenho

O desempenho é idêntico ao do antigo Ryzen 5625U e, portanto, na faixa média inferior de CPUs de laptop no final de 2023.

Sua milhagem pode variar dependendo de quão altos são os limites de potência da CPU e de quão competente é a solução de resfriamento do seu sistema.

Consumo de energia

Esse Ryzen tem um TDP padrão de 15 W (também conhecido como limite de potência 1). O que é um pouco alto demais para permitir projetos com resfriamento passivo.
