Intel i3-1115G4

O Intel Core i3-1115G4 é um SoC dual-core eficiente para computadores portáteis e Ultrabooks baseado na geração Tiger Lake-U (UP4) que foi introduzida em setembro de 2020. Ele integra dois núcleos de processador Willow Cove (4 threads graças ao HyperThreading). Cada núcleo pode relógio de 3 GHz (velocidade de base) a 4,1 GHz (reforço de um e dois núcleos). Os modelos mais rápidos Core i5 e i7 oferecem mais quatro núcleos e são, portanto, significativamente mais rápidos.

Outra novidade é a placa gráfica Xe integrada, baseada na arquitetura completamente nova da Gen 12. Na i3-1115G4 a Intel está nomeando a GPU UHD Graphics e oferece apenas 48 dos 96 EUs com relógio a 400 - 1250 MHz. A GPU e a CPU podem usar juntos os 6 MB de cache L3.

Além disso, os SoCs Tiger Lake adicionam suporte PCIe 4 (quatro pistas), aceleração de hardware AI, e a integração parcial do Thunderbolt 4 / USB 4 e WiFi 6 no chip.

O chip é produzido no processo melhorado de 10nm+ (chamado SuperFin) na Intel que deve ser comparável ao processo de 7nm na TSMC (por exemplo, a série Ryzen 4000).

A faixa operacional da série UP3 é especificada de 12 a 28 Watt. Portanto, o processador também é adequado para laptops finos e leves.
