Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 500

Chip gráfico integrado (onboard) nos chipsets UL11L, US15L, and US15W com um core licenciado PowerVR SGX. Suporte DirectX 10.1, mas por causa da baixa freqüência (100-200 MHz UL11L - US15) e com somente 4 sombreadores não é apropriado para jogos em 3D. O decodificador de vídeo integrado acelera o playback de vídeos em HD (MPEG2, VC-1, AVC).

O Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 (também chamado GMA 500) é uma solução gráfica para produtos relacionados (ex.: MIDs), netbooks e outros pequenos aparelhos móveis. É normalmente emparelhado com um CPU Atom da Intel e projetado para tarefa de playback de vídeo (até conteúdo HD). Decodificador de vídeo integrado é capaz de acelerar MPEG-2, VC-1, e vídeos AVC HD.

O core gráfico é baseado no core PowerVR SGX licenciado e tem freqüência de 100 (UL11L) ou 200 MHz (US15L, US15W chipset). O GMA é compatível com DirectX 10.1 e possui 4 sombreadores unificados. Ainda assim, o desempenho não será suficiente para jogos em 3D.
