AMD Vega 2

O AMD Radeon RX Vega 2 é uma GPU integrada para laptops. É usado para o nível de entrada Athlon Silver 3050U APUs, que foram lançados no início de 2020. A GPU é baseada na arquitetura Vega (5ª geração GCN) e tem 2 CUs (= 128 dos 704 shaders) com relógio até 1100 MHz. O desempenho depende do TDP configurado (12-25 W no lançamento), dos relógios, da refrigeração e da configuração da memória). A GPU deve se beneficiar da rápida RAM DDR4-2400 de dois canais (ao contrário da DDR4-2133 de um canal, que também é possível).

A arquitetura Vega oferece algumas melhorias em relação à geração Polaris e agora suporta DirectX 12 Feature Level 12_1. Mais informações podem ser encontradas em nosso artigo dedicado à arquitetura do Raven Ridge.

O desempenho deve ser claramente inferior ao do Radeon RX Vega 3 com 3 CUs e, portanto, na região de desempenho inferior das GPUs modernas. Isto significa que os jogos mais exigentes de hoje podem não ser jogáveis sem problemas.

Graças ao processo de 12nm e aos recursos inteligentes de economia de energia, o consumo de energia é relativamente baixo (de acordo com a AMD), portanto a placa gráfica também pode ser usada para notebooks finos e leves.
