NVIDIA T500 Laptop GPU
O Nvidia Quadro T500 Mobile para notebooks é uma placa gráfica móvel profissional que se baseia na arquitetura Turing (chip TU117). Ela é baseada na GeForce MX450 e possui os mesmos 896 núcleos e um barramento de memória de 64 bits. Atualmente ela está disponível com 2 ou 4 GB de RAM gráfica (GDDR5 ou GDDR6). O TDP varia entre 18 - 25 Watt, dependendo da variante. Como o MX450, o T500 também suporta PCIe 4.0. O chip é fabricado em FinFET de 12nm na TSMC.
A geração Turing não só introduziu o raytracing para as placas RTX, mas também otimizou a arquitetura dos núcleos e caches. De acordo com Nvidia, os núcleos CUDA oferecem agora uma execução simultânea de operações de ponto flutuante e inteiro para aumentar o desempenho em cargas de trabalho de computação pesadas dos jogos modernos. Além disso, os caches foram retrabalhados (nova arquitetura de memória unificada com o dobro do cache em comparação com Pascal). Isto leva a até 50% mais instruções por relógio e um uso 40% mais eficiente de energia em comparação com o Pascal. Ao contrário dos cartões Quadro RTX mais rápidos, os T1000 e T2000 não apresentam raytracing e núcleos Tensor.
